Beef Stroganoff
Tonight I was reviewing my dinner making options. I had some ground beef that needed to be used and decided a nice beef stroganoff would do the trick. It makes a good amount of food and allows me to send leftovers with my husband to work. Beef Stroganoff Recipe INGREDIENTS 1/2 (8 oz.) package egg noodles 1 small white onion, chopped 1 pound lean ground beef 1 (8 oz.) container of light sour cream 2 (6 oz.) cans of chopped mushrooms, drain liquid 1 can cream of mushroom soup fresh or dried parsley, to taste 1 dash of cayenne pepper 3 dashes of cumin, or to taste garlic powder, garlic salt & pepper, to taste freshly grated Parmesan cheese (for topping), to taste DIRECTIONS 1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add egg noodles and cook for 8-10 minutes or until al dente; drain. 2.
