Almond Butter Protein Balls Recipe

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup Almond Butter
1/4 cup raw honey
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup water
2 cups gluten free oats
1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds (optional)
1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional)

DIRECTIONS

Mix all ingredients together in a food processor and then shape them into 1-inch balls.  Snack serving size is 2 balls. Place left overs in the freezer. These protein balls make awesome snacks to take on outings.
