Coconut Dark Chocolate Chip Cookies

If you love coconut and dark chocolate these cookies are for you! They are full of soft chewy coconut goodness. Enjoy! Coconut Dark Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe INGREDIENTS 1/2 cup coconut oil 1 cup + 1 T. Brown sugar, packed 2 eggs (at room temperature) 1 T. pure vanilla extract 1 3/4 cup all purpose flour 1/2 t. salt 1 t. baking powder 1/4 t. baking soda 12 oz. dark chocolate chips 1 1/2- 2 cups shredded coconut (optional) DIRECTIONS 1. Set aside 2 eggs until room temperature. 2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a cookie sheet. 3. In a mixing bowl, use a mixer to beat the coconut oil and brown sugar. Add in the eggs and beat until fluffy. Add in the vanilla extract. 4. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, salt, and baking powder with whisk. No Bake Chocolate Cookie Recipe INGREDIENTS 2 c. sugar 1/2 c. cocoa 1/2 c. milk 1 stick butter 1 t. vanilla 1/2 c. peanut butter 3 c. oatmeal DIRECTIONS Combine first 4 ingredients and boil 2 minutes. This recipe is easy to make and tastes delectable! Magic Cookie Bar recipe 1/2 c. butter, melted 1 c. chopped nuts 1 1/3 c. shredded coconut 1 1/3 c. sweetened condensed milk 1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs or 1 c. quick oats blended 1 c. chocolate chips 1 c. butterscotch chips Pour melted butter into the bottom of 9x13 pan. Add rest of ingredients, one by one, on top of each other. Press down on each. 1- crumbs 2- nuts 3-chocolate chips 4- butterscotch chips 5- coconut 6- pour condensed milk over all.   I have been making homemade Oreo Cookies for years. I typically followed the recipe using a cake mix but recently tried making them completely from scratch that is so light, fluffy, and delectable! I have included both recipes if the cake mix version is more convenient. Oreo Cookie Recipe from scratch INGREDIENTS Cookies: 1 1/4 c. flour 1/2 c. cocoa powder 1/2 t. baking soda 1/4 t. salt 1/2 c. butter, room temperature 1 c. sugar 1 large egg 1 t. vanilla extract 1 1/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional) Frosting: 1/2 c. butter, softened 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 1 t. vanilla 3 1/2 c. powdered sugar DIRECTIONS For the cookies: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
